Splash Zone Compound
Five Star Marine’s Splash Zone Compound is a 100% solids, two component epoxy compound. It is used to repair and protect concrete, steel, wood, fiberglass, and aluminum from salt and fresh water in splash zone, tidal zone, and waterline applications. Five Star Splash Zone Compound can be mixed and applied underwater, and is solvent and chemical resistant when cured.

HP Anchor Gel
Five Star Marine’s HP Anchor Gel is an all-weather, high performance structural epoxy acrylate anchoring adhesive which sets up quickly in damp and water-filled holes. Engineered to gun down to -15°F (–26° C), it exhibits high early strength gain and is solvent-free. Five Star HP Anchor Gel is an excellent choice for heavy duty anchoring of rebar, threaded rods and epoxy-coated smooth dowels in concrete, brick or stone masonry, structural bonding of heavy loads, and grouting of bolts, dowels, or pins when extremely rapid set and fast turn-around times are required.

RS Anchor Gel
Five Star Marine’s RS Anchor Gel is a rapid setting, moisture-insensitive structural epoxy adhesive for anchoring rods, bars and bolts in concrete, as well as filling cracks and setting ports for epoxy injection. Five Star RS Anchor Gel can be used for both vertical and horizontal installations; it offers chemical resistance, excellent adhesion and rapid strength gain properties.

Underwater Epoxy Gel
Five Star Marine’s Underwater Epoxy Gel is a multi-purpose, moisture-insensitive, structural epoxy adhesive used in filling cracks up to 1/2 inch (13 mm). Ideal for steel, concrete, and masonry applications, Five Star Underwater Epoxy Gel is a smooth, nonabrasive gel that can be pressure injected or hand applied.

Coal Tar
Five Star Marine’s Coal Tar is a two-component epoxy coal tar coating designed for the protection of concrete, steel, aluminum, and wood structures exposed to corrosive environments including salt and fresh water. Five Star Coal Tar is recommended for coating sheet piling, pipelines (interior & exterior), tidal zone areas, storage tanks, water tanks, sewage treatment plant tanks, and sewage pipes.

LV Adhesive
Five Star Marine’s LV Adhesive is a two component, moisture-insensitive structural adhesive used for filling cracks up to 1/4 inch (6 mm) in structural concrete, masonry, wood and other substrates. This low viscosity epoxy system can be pressure injected or gravity fed, and can also be used as a binder for making an epoxy patching mortar. In addition to being used for the installation of bolts, anchors and dowels, Five Star LV Adhesive is effective when used to seal tunnels, cable vaults, tanks, and interior or exterior slabs from water and chlorides.
